The behavioral floor for the entire network. Operators can be stricter; nobody can be looser.
This Code of Conduct applies to your use of every part of the Service: the cybernet.gg website, our Discord server, all Public Servers, and all Hosted Servers. Operators may impose stricter rules on their own Hosted Servers; they may not lower the floor below this Code.
Treat other Users with basic decency. We want CyberNet to be a place people return to.
You may not use any cheat, aimbot, wallhack, automation, exploit, or unauthorized client modification that gives unfair advantage or alters the integrity of the server.
You may not exploit bugs to obtain assets, currency, or progress beyond what the server design intends. If you discover a bug, please report it to support@cybernet.gg.
You may not run scripts that DDoS, flood, or otherwise interfere with other Users or the Service.
Operators set the rules within their server, within the bounds of these documents. Read the rules of any server you join. Operators may ban you for any rule violation as long as the ban is consistent with this Code of Conduct and the Terms of Service. Bans must include a reason.
/report command (where available); reports go to the Operator's queue and, for site-staff-level matters, to us.abuse@cybernet.gg.We aim to respond to reports within 72 hours; severe matters faster.
Possible consequences, in approximate escalation order:
We may move directly to a global ban for severe violations, including the matters listed in Section 2.
Per-server bans are visible cross-server in the affected User's profile (see Privacy Policy § 3). Site staff may promote a per-server ban to a global ban after review.
You may appeal any ban issued by site staff by emailing appeals@cybernet.gg within 30 days. Include the ban reason as displayed to you, the date, and any additional context. We aim to respond within 14 days.
Appeals of bans issued by an Operator should be directed to that Operator. We will not generally override an Operator's decision unless the ban violates this Code of Conduct or the Terms of Service.
This Code of Conduct may evolve. Material changes will be announced at cybernet.gg or via the email address on your Account.
